Small Economic Zone Bjeliš will be built inside town-planning defined Industrial zone Bjeliš, on town-planning foreseen area (GUP general town-planning scheme of Slavonski Brod). With complete infrastructural equipment Zone will be ready to accept numerous entrepreneurs-investors who would, by constructing their own production-business buildings, materialize their entrepreneurs' initiative for strengthening and developing their own trades or companies.

Time to invest in Croatia

Contractual relations between the Republic of Croatia and the European Union were established for the first time by signing the Stabilization and Association Agreement in 2001. This Agreement enabled the beginning of the negotiations for full EU membership in 2005. According to the President of the European Commission, Croatia has completed the membership negotiatios and the excpected date of accession is July 1st, 2013.

Slavonski Brod - Location

The city developed at the strategically important crossing over the Sava river towards Brod in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is an important intersection of the Posavina part of the highway and a railway junction, since it is located on the highway linking Zagreb-Lipovac-Belgrade (E70, A3) and the Zagreb-Vinkovci-Belgrade railway.

Small economic zone Kolonija is built on the terrain of surface 32.764 m2 that is planned by the General urban plan of Slavonski Brod for the construction of economic buildings, mostly intended for industry.
